Our Story
It all began in Sicily. Growing up in a large Italian family, Chef & Owner Emilio had access to acres of land filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, developing a great sense for quality produce. Since an early age, Emilio worked in a variety of top-rated hotels and restaurants. He developed an immense passion for the culinary art of authentic cuisine and his wonderful food creations. In 1988 after graduating culinary school in Belgium, he, along with his brother opened their first restaurant in Brussels Belgium, San Tucci. In 2014 they opened their second restaurant in West Palm, Ristorante Santucci.

What we do?
We strive to create and represent what the real Italy is today. Italy that is well-known for its modern design, great food and an exceptional atmosphere.

How we do it?
Fresh produce and family recipes. Our exceptional and creative Chef will be preparing homemade pasta, different preparations of meat, fish, salads & soups.
